Sweet fix to my hands
I'm in my late 50s and rock climbing is getting harder and harder because of the arthritis in my hands. I just can't grip the wall like I used to. I was at a higher altitude last weekend and decided to give this a try and to my surprise my hands were about half his pain stricken as they normally are, it just may have saved my climbing career. We'll see....

Are usually avoid going to Breckenridge for boarding because I get altitude sickness so bad. This time I went with my buddies and decided on a recommendation to give this a shot and it fixed it. No altitude sickness. I also kept a thermos of ginger tea at base camp and had some between rides this might've helped also.
