I travel a lot for work and this has saved me when I need to be on point after a long flight. I thought this might be a joke product but it works great. And if the long-term facts are true we all better start using it now! I'd grab some now if you travel a bunch. Hello China!

I found out that I had SIBO 4 years ago and have been on the quest for better gut health ever since. When I was in the treatment mode, I was eating a Low FODMAP diet to support my course of antibiotics. After follow-up testing negative, I have kept up the periodic use of herbal antibiotics and motility agents to prevent the SIBO from returning. I am one of those people who needs motility support. I figured that if there was ever a time to test the efficacy of a supplement, it would be around the holidays (while eating more and having plenty of the foods that tend to aggravate my digestion). That said, I am already taking Betaine + HCl for digestive support at meals. I have a bottle of "Heather's Tummy Tamers" that I've kept around for a bad bout of indigestion but despite claims that they are enteric coated, I will occasionally get the minty feeling in my throat; they are also in gelatin capsules which I try to avoid. I had been using MotilPro for motility but when the bottle ran out I decided to use up my own bottles of MotilPro ingredients: B6, Ginger, Carnitine, and 5-htp. I like having SIBO Guard on the shelf for extra support before meal times. Directions suggest to take 30 minutes before food. The thing about motility agents is that I measure their success by the things that are absent - bloating, nausea, intestinal upset. I've felt fine since starting this supplement before Thanksgiving. The extra rich foods and the sugary treats have not won! SIBO Guard claims to support berberine too, so I will keep it on hand in case I have to address SIBO head on again.

I fly all the time but it only took me about half the time as normal to recover with this. I’ve tried most of the things available and they haven’t done much. I could feel this one, though. Will use again

I was hesitant when I saw there were no reviews for this product yet so sought out their website, and was reassured by the number of scientific studies cross-referenced to formulate this supplement. (I am a health scientist so it's important to see a product based on sound research). I fly to Europe often and struggle with leg swelling. I used this product on my last trip, and it made a significant difference!

I am back and forth from the east coast to west coast a couple times a month. So far it has made my transitions much smoother. Almost like not having a hangover after drinking all night. Kind of hard to explain, but I like it.

For years I have dealt with swelling and heavy jet lag traveling internationally. After my trip to and from mid-east I am in awe how well this works. I am telling my bff and others use this product.

Hubby and I (we are 55 and up) just returned from traveling from San Diego to Venice and from Rome to San Diego in economy class. We took three pills about 15 hrs before traveling east, 2 as we boarded and 2 mid flight and 2 first days in Italy. On board I did not have usual "restless legs" or leg swelling and was able to rest. The best was we when we arrived in Venice, we felt great and ready to explore. We also did not get the day 2 blahs. We were able to easily adjust to the 9 hr time change! On the return trip we did not need as many pills. We just took 2 preflight and 2 mid flight. When we returned to San Diego we also felt good and adjusted back to PST quickly. Before I purchased the product I did call the company. The owner did return my call promptly and answered all my questions and genuinely seemed to want to know of our experience with the product.

I had so much more energy after my monthly New York flight comparing to before! Will be buying regularly.
