Shipping policy

1. Shipping rates & costs

No shipping is charged to the customer for any amount of purchase. International excluded.  Products will ship the day or day after you order. All shipping methods will be 2-5 days depending on efficiency of you local post office. 

2. Missing or lost packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception and most of the times it is out of our control. If your package is missing please contact our customer support for a replacement. 

3. International shipping

We do not offer free international shipping at this time. You may select your shipping options during checkout. 

6. Return and exchange information

If for any reason you are not satisfied you may contact us for a full refund and we will supply you with a return label if suitable.
